Welcome to Krispie's. By using our website www.krispies.in, placing an order online, or visiting any of our five outlets across Hyderabad, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Krispie's is owned and operated by Gaura Foodtech Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at #15, Road 215, Nacharam IDA, Hyderabad — 500076.

1. About Us

Krispie's is a celebrations bakery founded in 1996, today operating five outlets across Hyderabad (Lalbazar, Suchitra, Boduppal, Ramantapur, and Tukkuguda). We bake and deliver cakes, cheesecakes, donuts, breads, pastries, biscuits, and related items for individuals, families, weddings, and bulk corporate orders.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

You can place an order with Krispie's through any of the following channels:

• By calling us on +91 79752 18850
• WhatsApp on the same number
• By walking into any of our five Hyderabad outlets

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or the order appears fraudulent.

3. Pricing

All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

Delivery fees, if any, are shown separately at checkout and depend on the distance from the chosen outlet.

4. Payment

We accept payment via the following methods:

• Online payment (Razorpay): UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery / Pay at Store: Cash or any UPI app accepted by the delivery agent or at the outlet

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Krispie's does not store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on its servers. If a payment fails, your money is automatically refunded by the bank/UPI provider within 5–7 working days.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Same-day delivery

For our ready-stock cakes (Black Forest, Chocolate, Vanilla, Butterscotch and similar standard flavours), we offer same-day delivery within our serviceable area, subject to slot availability. Express 1-hour delivery is available for select pin codes near each outlet.

Made-to-order cakes

Customised, theme-based, fondant, and tiered wedding cakes require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Multi-tier wedding cakes and intricate fondant work may require 48–72 hours.

Delivery time slots

Delivery time slots are indicative. Our delivery partner will call before arrival. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during the chosen slot.

Outlet pickup

You can choose to pick up your order from any of our five outlets at no additional cost. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by you

• Ready-stock cakes: Can be cancelled free of cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
• Made-to-order & customised cakes: Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery / pickup. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable as ingredients have already been procured and preparation has started.
• Wedding cakes & multi-tier cakes: Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellation by us

In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, unavailability of key ingredients), we may have to cancel your order. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash refunds for in-store orders are made instantly at the outlet.

7. Returns & Quality Concerns

Because we sell perishable freshly-baked items, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered and accepted. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, please:

1. Take a clear photo of the product immediately on receipt
2. Contact our customer support at support@krispies.in or call +91 79752 18850 within 4 hours of delivery
3. Our team will investigate and either replace the product or issue a refund based on the situation

8. Product Information & Allergens

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and ingredient information are accurate. However, all our products are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs (in some categories), nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any product is completely free from traces of these allergens.

Most of our cakes are eggless by default. If you have severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, please call us before ordering.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, virus, or malware
• Misrepresent your identity or place fraudulent orders
• Use our content, photographs, or branding without written permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Krispie's logo, name, photographs, illustrations, recipes, and text — is the property of Gaura Foodtech Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Krispie's / Gaura Foodtech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products, except as required by applicable Indian law.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, traffic disruptions, lockdowns, internet failures, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
